Pretty good for some new rocks

Needed some new stones for my collection. Grabbed a Labradorite and a Jasper. They looked pretty much like the pictures on the site. Arrived in a small box, no issues there. It was easy to find what I wanted and checkout was quick. Happy with how it turned out.

Smooth order, good quality

I ordered an Agate stone and a small Citrine point. The ordering process was straightforward on their website. I received an email confirmation right away and another when it shipped. Took 6 days to get to my place in Ohio, which was within the estimated window. Both pieces were well-protected in bubble wrap and arrived undamaged. The Agate has nice banding, and the Citrine has good clarity for its size. I appreciate that they provide care instructions on the site. Everything was as expected, no surprises.

Always reliable for good stones

I've ordered from Crystals a few times now, and they're consistently good. Got an Amazonite piece this time, and the quality is just what I expect. My last order, a large Amethyst geode, also arrived well-packed. They always deliver what they promise. That's why I keep coming back.

Decent value on my first buy

This was my first time buying from them. I picked up a Rose Quartz and a Bloodstone during a sale. The prices were competitive, especially with the discount I found. They didn't have the highest-end stuff, but for the price I paid, it felt like a good deal. I'd consider buying again if another good offer comes up.

Good stones, minor delivery issue

My Pyrite specimen arrived in good condition and looks great. The price felt fair for the quality. Shipping took about 7 days to reach my address in Florida, which was a little longer than I hoped, but not a huge deal. Customer service was responsive when I asked about tracking. Overall, a solid experience, but faster shipping would be nice.

Hey, what kind of payment methods do they accept? Just PayPal or do they take cards directly?

S Shane 2 months ago
They take all the usual cards, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, plus PayPal. I always just use my credit card.

Pretty sure they cover all the main ones. Never had an issue checking out with my debit card.

Thinking of getting a few things, like an agate and a selenite wand. Do they do free shipping if you spend a certain amount?

J Josh Silva 2 months ago
Sometimes! Keep an eye out for their promotions. I got free shipping on my last order when I hit like $75 or something.

They often have free shipping if you spend over a certain amount, especially during sales. Check the banner on their site, it usually says there.

Does anyone know if they do specific deals around holidays like Christmas or Halloween? Or just random sales?

T Troy 2 months ago
Oh yeah, totally. Black Friday and Cyber Monday are usually big for them, and I've seen stuff around Valentine's and Christmas too. They do flash sales sometimes too.

Definitely holiday sales! I got a great deal on a citrine point during their Winter Solstice event last year. Worth signing up for their newsletter to catch those.

Are these crystals real or like, the fake stuff you see everywhere now? Looking at a labradorite piece.

R Rachel F. 3 months ago
They seem legit to me. I got a citrine point a while back and it's definitely natural, not heat-treated amethyst or anything.

I've ordered a few times and everything has always felt really high quality and genuine. Never had any doubts.

Does anyone know if they do gift wrapping? Want to send a rose quartz heart straight to my sister.

I don't remember seeing an option for it when I ordered for my mom. I ended up wrapping it myself.

I think they just ship it as is. Might be worth asking customer service directly if it's super important, but I kinda doubt it.
